This is a terrific show and should not be missed by anyone able to visit the Rancho Santa Ana Botanical Gardens. Several of these pieces are of special note: a wall with a red plastic vase and plant cuttings showing out of it, a long printed fabric wrapped onto a tree, and a submerged sheet with plant shadows in a reflecting pool. Pamela Burgess makes very sophisicated art out of the natural environment. This not your ordinary botanical garden illustration. It is a marvelous statement about light through nature.

I saw the show twice, once in the afternoon and once in the morning. Each time was a different experience. Visitors are able to leave comments in a unique way too. This is a nice touch.
